OneXBet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the OneXBet website at onexbet.cc, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OneXBet.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the OneXBet platform. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use OneXBet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on OneXBet. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, OneXBet will close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during registration or verification. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you can demonstrate that unauthorised access occurred despite reasonable security precautions on your part.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify OneXBet support immediately at support@onexbet.cc.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

OneXBet is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold and in other circumstances determined by our compliance team. You may be asked to provide a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in withdrawal requests being held pending compliance.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All deposits and transactions on OneXBet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though certain payment methods may carry limits imposed by the payment provider rather than by OneXBet.

4.3 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that you legitimately own. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is prohibited. OneXBet may require verification that the payment method belongs to the registered account holder.

4.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your OneXBet account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Bank IBFT and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the processing schedule of your bank. OneXBet does not charge any fee for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on OneXBet is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.2 Verification Requirement

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed standard identity verification. Withdrawals submitted before verification is complete will be held pending the receipt and review of required documents. OneXBet processes verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes set out in the table below.

5.3 Withdrawal to Same Method

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. If your original deposit method is unavailable, OneXBet will discuss alternative arrangements with you via the support channel.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by OneXBet are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms, which are set out in the promotion details on the Promotions page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before any withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collaborating with other players to abuse promotions — is strictly prohibited. OneXBet reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

All players on OneXBet are required to conduct themselves fairly and in good faith at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage at any live dealer or multiplayer game.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any software that automates betting decisions or exploits game logic.
• Exploit abuse: Knowingly exploiting bugs, errors, or miscalculations in game outcomes. Any winnings gained through a verifiable exploit may be voided.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after losing funds through legitimate gameplay. This constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and recovery proceedings.
• Money laundering: Using OneXBet to launder money or process funds of uncertain or illegal origin.
• VPN or location masking: Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

Where OneXBet identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to void any affected bets, suspend or permanently close the account, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

8. Game Rules

Each game category on OneXBet — including Live Casino, Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette, Ludo Games, and Fishing Games — is governed by the specific rules published for that game within the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules apply to gameplay matters while these Terms govern account, payment, and conduct matters.

8.1 Technical Failures

In the event of a game or connection failure during an active betting round, OneXBet will endeavour to restore the session to the point of interruption where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, bets will be settled based on the last verifiably confirmed game state before the failure. This policy applies equally to live dealer games and automated game formats.

8.2 Bet Cancellation

Bets placed and confirmed by the game system are binding and cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round has commenced. Exceptions apply only in the case of verifiable platform-side errors that materially affected the outcome.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the OneXBet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game interfaces, logos, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of OneXBet or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any OneXBet content without explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

11.2 Suspension During Investigation

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified of the suspension via their registered contact details. Any funds in the account will be held securely pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your OneXBet account at any time by contacting support at support@onexbet.cc. Any remaining balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method subject to standard verification requirements. Accounts closed voluntarily while a bonus is active may have bonus funds removed prior to final settlement.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by OneXBet is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
